✅ Eligibility for Return or Refund
We offer returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
• Product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or not in consumable condition.
• You receive a wrong item.
• You contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Items stored improperly after delivery.
• Spoilage caused due to delay in usage.
• Taste or appearance complaints unless the item is spoiled.

2. Share order number + photo/video proof.
3. We will respond within 24 hours.
4. If approved:
• You’ll receive a free replacement, or
• A partial/full refund, depending on the issue.
